In case the mentioned hotel is unavailable, we will provide accommodation in the same category hotel.
The company is not responsible for missed sightseeing or destinations due to political strikes, roadblocks, or closure of monuments, parks, rides, etc., without prior notice. Airclan is not responsible for any loss or additional cost incurred by guests during the tour.
Meal timings must be followed as per hotel instructions.
Vehicle AC will not work at hill stations.
No refund will be made if you do not use any services included in the package.
Extra bed means extra mattress.
Heater charges, if required, must be paid directly to the hotel.

Verbal commitments made by any of our executives are not valid.
During peak season, many destinations face heavy traffic. Guests may miss some sightseeing, for which Airclan will not be responsible.
Vehicle AC will not work on hill stations.
If the client does not pay the installment on the date mentioned in the invoice, a late payment penalty will be charged.
Airclan is not responsible for machinery disturbances such as mechanical issues, in-cab problems, tyre punctures, or any other mechanical issues during the trip.
The vehicle is charged for fixed itinerary usage only.
If the client uses the vehicle outside the itinerary or extends the day, the guest must bear the extra cost.
(Guest drop-off time is before 10:00 PM.)
After payment of the package, any amendments, changes, or date postponements will attract additional charges, and all rights remain with Airclan.
